It all started with a Weimaraner named Friday.
Once upon a time, Friday lived with Anne. (Ever the community dog, she lived with a bunch of other people, too.) But now she lives with Kim.
Anne and Kim are friends.
We both have day jobs, but our passion lies in dogs. Specifically, Weimaraners. In our spare time, we’re hooked into the web spending countless of hours posting something about our Weims, with our Weims, or for our Weims. Sometimes all of the above. And we figured the world would be a better place if we started helping our dog friends build a presence, too.
And that is how The Dog Did It was born. 🙂
About Anne
In a nutshell: Surviving life with Weims!

I officially became a “dog person” when I launched a website for my Weimaraner 15 years ago. In no time, I started creating and maintaining various sites for friends, building and running forums, and in the process, I ended up with the #1 Google ranked website for Blue Weimaraners and a popular, and quickly growing authority site called JustWeimaraners.
Over the years, I fumbled through HTML, CSS, SEO, various CMS’s and other scary acronyms. I learned how to successfully rank websites, run social media campaigns, email newsletter marketing campaigns, ebook launches, online contests and affiliate marketing. The reason I joined The Dog Did It is to show you that if I can do it, you can too. Just follow our blog, and we’ll share all our tips. But if you want a hand, we can help you get started; or, we’ll do it all for you. Either way, we’ll help get you the online exposure you deserve!
About Kim
In a nutshell: Weimaraner addict. Garden warrior. Chicken keeper. Picture takerer. Food maker. Thirsty for beer. Hungry for travel.

I was introduced to website development and website design almost 10 years ago when I became a food writer. These days, I share my home with two three five beautiful Weimaraners. I launched my breeding website in 2013 as a way to chronicle my girl’s first litter, and I’m thrilled to say that by the end of that first year, it had grown into the # 1 Google ranked website for “Weimaraner puppies in California.”
I joined The Dog Did It to hone my skills and help my friends get online and noticed. When not maintaining one of my TEN (and counting) websites, you can find me crawling through the house, stalking my dogs, and taking photos that I can upload to Instagram and Facebook. Cheers!
